2 bedroom (king/queen) / 2 bath cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people (twin sized futon in the living room)

Rates:
1 bed/ 1 bath * (1-2 people)$2500/week $500/Night(3 night minimum)
2 bed/ 2 bath * (3-4 people)$2800/week $560/Night (3 night minimum)
* A cleaning fee of $125.00 will be added to the total rental rate. Accommodating one additional guest is possible for $200/week additional. When 1-2 guests rent the 1 bed option, the additional bedroom will not be rented out separately thus maintaining the private occupancy of the home.
